At fracs, we try our best to make sure you get the best of the best. We stand behind our freeze-dried snacks 100%, but we know that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. No worries—we’ve got your back. Here’s how our return and refund policy works, so you know exactly what to expect.
Got a Problem? We’ll Fix It!
If your order shows up and something’s not quite right—like a damaged pack or the wrong flavor—we’re on it. You’re eligible for a refund or a replacement if:
- The product is damaged when it arrives.
- The packaging is messed up or broken.
- We sent you the wrong item (oops, our bad).
Just hit us up on Hello@fracsdxb.com within 7 days of getting your order, and we’ll sort it out. Make sure to include:
- Your order number.
- A photo showing the issue.
- A quick description of what’s wrong.
Once we’ve checked everything out, we’ll process your refund or get a new pack sent out within a few days in your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
No Take Backs on Perfect Snacks
We can’t offer refunds for items if you’ve opened the pack, just changed your mind, or didn’t like the product, once it's opened, it’s yours (unless there’s something wrong with the item) So make sure you’re good with your picks before hitting “order”—we want you to love every crunch!
