Shipping policy

Welcome to Fracs! We are dedicated to delivering our freeze-dried fruits directly to your doorstep with care and efficiency. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of AED 20 for all orders within the UAE.  

Delivery Time: Next day delivery for orders made before 12:00pm, and delivery within 48hrs for orders made after 12:00pm in the UAE. However, during Eid, any orders placed between Thursday and Friday will be delivered within 48hrs - you may experience slight delays during this time due to the holiday schedule.

Tracking Your Order: Orders are shipped from a third-party fulfillment hub in Dubai, U.A.E. You will receive WhatsApp shipment updates directly on the number you’ve provided in your order. 

Damaged or Lost Orders

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please refer to the exchange/refund policy on the website for more info.  
  • In the event of a lost order, please contact us for assistance with tracking. Claims for missing items must be received within 3 days from the scheduled delivery date.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

Our third-party fulfillment hub schedule of deliveries: 

  • Everyday across Dubai, Sharjah & AbuDhabi.
  • No shipping on Sundays to Ajman, AlAin, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.   
  • No shipping on Saturdays and Sundays to Fujairah.  
  • Delivery is made to all of the UAE with a few exceptions, please find the areas here
